TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read carefully before making a booking.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to She Hires.
  • “You”, “Your” refers to the customer hiring the garment(s).
  • “Garment” refers to any clothing or accessory item hired from She Hires.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable hire fee deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due upon collection.
  • All hire deposits are non-refundable.
  • A valid photo ID must be provided to secure the booking.

3. Security Bond

  • A refundable security bond may be required for certain garments.
  • The bond will be returned within 5 business days once the garment is returned in the agreed condition.
  • Any repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the bond.

4. Collection & Return

  • Garments must be collected and returned on the agreed dates.
  • Late returns incur a $20 per day late fee.
  • Failure to return the garment within 5 days will be deemed as theft and legal action may be taken.

5. Care of Garments

  • Garments must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Do not attempt to clean the garment — cleaning is included in the hire fee.
  • You are responsible for any damage, stains, or loss during your hire period.
  • If the garment is damaged beyond repair, the full RRP replacement value will be charged.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds are available within 24 hours of collection.
  • Store credit may be issued if cancellation is made more than 7 days before the hire date.

7. Fit & Sizing

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the garment fits before the hire period.
  • Try-on appointments are available by booking only.
  • No refunds will be issued if the garment does not fit.

8. Liability

  • She Hires is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our garments.
  • All hire is undertaken at your own risk.

9. Photography & Marketing

  • By hiring from She Hires, you consent to any photos of the garment on you being used for marketing and promotional purposes (if you provide or tag them), unless you request otherwise in writing.
